    • About the Artist:

    I am Varsha Patil (@magical_pallette). I am full time artist based in Mumbai. Color pencils & acrylics are my forte. I love experimenting and trying different mediums. Nature and wildlife is what inspires me and that reflects in my work. I feel my works is what makes me happy & brings joy to me.

    Session 1 : Basics of Acrylic Landscape:
    1. Blending
    2. Light & shadow study
    3. How to structure your Landscape
    4. Elements of landscape :- grass / tree
    Session 2 : Landscape Painting
    Session 3: Advance Session of Acrylic Landscape
    1. Color mixing :- greens/ browns
    2. Type of leaves /trees
    3. How to paint waves
    4. How to paint stones :- brown / black / with foliage
    5. Wooden texture
    6. How to paint clouds
    7. Types of flowers :- daisy /lavender / wildflowers
    8. Glazing technique
    9. How to paint waterfall
    10. Use of mob brush for creating smooth background
    11. Creating blurry background
    Session 4: Waterfall Landscape Painting

      Materials Required:

      • Acrylic/gouache Paints
      • Brushes:
        • Flat brush -size 4/6
        • Round brush - size 0,3,5
        • Damaged brush /hard bristol brush
      • A4 Size Paper above 200 GSM
      • Circle Canvas board (6 or 8 inches in dia)
      • Palette
      • Paper towel/rough cloth
      • Water container
